These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of XAVETRA websites, digital products, courses, portals, resources, and related services, including XAVETRA Operator Access.
XAVETRA is operated by ABLE BOOKING AGENCY INC., operating as XAVETRA (“XAVETRA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using XAVETRA Operator Access or other XAVETRA products or services, you agree to these Terms.
1. XAVETRA Operator Access
XAVETRA Operator Access is a digital business implementation environment designed to help customers improve operational structure, workflows, CRM execution, automation planning, implementation, and business processes.
The program may include instructional content, assessments, worksheets, templates, checklists, guides, downloadable resources, and other supporting materials.
2. License and Intellectual Property
Purchase of XAVETRA Operator Access provides the purchaser with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use XAVETRA materials for authorized internal business purposes.
XAVETRA Operator Access is licensed, not sold. Purchase does not transfer ownership of XAVETRA intellectual property, course content, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, worksheets, templates, systems, branding, graphics, written materials, downloads, or other proprietary resources.
XAVETRA retains all rights, title, and interest in its intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.
3. Authorized Access
Portal access is provided to the authorized user associated with the purchase. Login credentials, passwords, magic links, authentication codes, account-access links, or other methods of accessing the protected XAVETRA environment may not be shared with unauthorized users.
Additional users may require separately authorized access or an applicable team, business, agency, or commercial license.
4. Permitted Internal Use
The purchaser may use XAVETRA assessments, worksheets, templates, checklists, implementation resources, and completed materials internally within the purchaser’s own organization.
Completed business outputs may be shared with employees or authorized contractors where reasonably necessary to implement the purchaser’s own business operations.
This permission does not authorize redistribution of blank, reusable, or proprietary XAVETRA materials to another business or unauthorized third party.
5. Prohibited Use
Unless expressly authorized in writing by XAVETRA, purchasers may not:
• Share protected portal access with unauthorized users.
• Resell or redistribute XAVETRA materials.
• Sublicense XAVETRA materials.
• Publish protected course content.
• Upload protected resources to public or shared repositories.
• Provide reusable XAVETRA templates or worksheets to another business.
• Repackage XAVETRA materials as another product or service.
• Reproduce XAVETRA materials for unauthorized commercial distribution.
• Remove copyright, trademark, licensing, or attribution notices.
• Represent XAVETRA materials, frameworks, methodologies, or resources as their own proprietary intellectual property.
6. Purchases and Payment
Prices, currency, payment terms, and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before purchase.
XAVETRA Operator Access is offered as a one-time purchase unless another payment arrangement is expressly presented at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment, and contact information.
7. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the XAVETRA Refund Policy presented in connection with the applicable purchase and by any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
An approved full refund, payment reversal, fraudulent transaction, or other termination of a valid purchase may result in corresponding product access being revoked.
8. Business Information and No Guarantee of Results
XAVETRA provides business education, implementation resources, operational tools, and systems guidance.
Business results depend on numerous factors outside XAVETRA’s control, including implementation, market conditions, customer demand, resources, decision-making, and execution.
XAVETRA does not guarantee any particular revenue, profit, business growth, cost reduction, operational improvement, automation performance, or other commercial result.
XAVETRA does not provide legal, accounting, tax, investment, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
9. Third-Party Services
XAVETRA products and resources may reference or interact with third-party software, platforms, websites, applications, or services.
Third-party products and services are governed by their respective providers. XAVETRA is not responsible for changes to the availability, pricing, policies, operation, or performance of third-party services.
10. Account Security
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and for notifying XAVETRA if unauthorized account access is suspected.
Customers should not knowingly allow unauthorized persons to access their XAVETRA account.
11. Suspension and Termination
XAVETRA may suspend or revoke access where reasonably necessary to address unauthorized account sharing, unauthorized redistribution, fraud, payment reversal, material violations of these Terms, security threats, or abuse of XAVETRA systems or intellectual property.
Where practical, customers may contact XAVETRA Support regarding an access decision.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XAVETRA and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of XAVETRA products, resources, websites, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Changes to Products and Terms
XAVETRA may update, improve, reorganize, replace, or discontinue individual materials, resources, features, or components as its products evolve.
These Terms may also be updated from time to time. The current version will be published with its effective date.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to [LEGAL JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
